Refund Policy

We are always on your side if we couldn't do what we have promised. Your money is safe with our refund policy. To know about that, please read the entire Refund Policy we posted here.

Terms:

Refund Request- The request to get your money back after we start the order.

Full Refund- The entire amount you paid when placing the order.

Partial Refund-  A certain amount of money you paid.

To request a refund, you can contact us at support@mastergraphicart.com. You can have the refund in 3 business days after you reach us. You could explain to us the reason for your refund request.

There are a few reasons you can apply for a refund.

  • If we were failed to deliver on-time your files.
(In this case, we do not ask any question. Your full refund will be issued automatically.)

    There is only one reason to be delayed your order. It’s not an acceptable reason for a refund.
    You are agreed that the requirements you provide will be accurate and complete. If those requirements are not complete, we will ask you to give us complete requirements to start the order. Then the order will remain inactive until you submit the information we request to start the order.

     

    • If you are not happy with the designs, you can request a full refund.

    If we suspect that someone is trying to mislead the refunding process, we will investigate the entire conversation we had. The final decision will depend on the decision about buyers behaviour. It will be a 100% fair investigation and provide the reasons or evidence for our decision.

       

      • If the files don't work you get from us.

      (You must have some software on your computer to open some specific files such as Illustrator files, EPS files, Premiere Pro files etc.)

       

       Order cancellations

      You can request to cancel the order within 3 hours of the payment without mentioning a reason for the cancellation. You may be asked the reason for the cancellation request after 3 hours.

      General Terms

      We'll consider the order status in this case to issue a full refund. If we found that someone tries to cheat us, a refund request will not approve. If we have decided to not refund, you will be informed about the reasons for that decision.

      Once you get refunded, you cannot use any file you received regarding the relevant order. However, you have all rights for all designs you get through a completed order.

      Exceptions

       You cannot have refunds for the service you buy from the "Instant Download" category. But you still can request refunds for the technical errors with files you got in the "Instant Download" category. We will issue a full refund after investigating that problem, and if we found the error, you present.

      Exchanges

      We do not accept requests to Exchange service to another service.


      Refunds
      We would notify you if the refund request were approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
