    What payment methods do we accept?

    We accept the following credit/ debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use paypal, you’ll be taken to PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

    Where is my refund?

    We aim to process refunds within three days from receiving a refund request. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days from the requesting date (if we approve your refund request). We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

    Ordering and delivery

    Can I place an order without creating an account?

    No. You cannot place orders without creating an account in MasterGraphicart.com. However, creating an account is a very simple task.

    Where is my order confirmation?

    This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@mastergraphicart.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

    How do I cancel my order?

    There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering via support@mstergraphicart.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll send your order to the email address you registered.

    When will my order arrive?

    Your order will be sent to your email address within the time frame you selected. If you didn't receive it, please check before contacting us in your spam folder.

    General

    What is "Revision" means?

    A revision means a request to change something on the designs you receive.

    What is "Version" means?

    It means a concept. As an example, you can request five logo versions to select the best version/ concept from those five designs.

    How can I download my designs?

    You will receive an email from us with the designs you ordered. There is a download button to download your designs with one click. Once you click the download button, it will start the download and see a zip file containing all the files you ordered. You could use an zip file managing software to unzip that like "Winrar".

    How can I request a revision?

    You can reply to the email you receive. After we got your revision request, you'll receive a confirmation confirming that we got your revision request.
